The United States department of agriculture or known as the (USAD) have given us a notice that California have recently lost an addition of thirty-six million trees across California since the last survey held back this May. But with only this year of 2016 alone we have lost seventy-two million of trees. The U.S. forest service have came up with a plan to help the public concern. They decided to reprioritizing forty-three million dollars in California to restore along roads, trials, and recreational areas. But with limited resource and the climate changing hampers the federal service ability to address the mortality in California.
